April 29, is my birthday. So to save some money, I booked a round-trip ticket DVO-MLA-DVO last year. I have never been to Baguio, which is dubbed as the country's Summer Capital. I am not a newbie traveler, but I admit, I'm not the kind of blogger slash traveler. So I decided to share some few highlights of my trip :) I usually booked flight that fly in the evening or afternonn, because it's the cheapest and Cebu Pac is the only option I had, that's why I have a GetGo Card from them, earning points while flying at the same time. So, the adventure was really tiring. I arrived at the NAIA around 4 PM, so to save time and money, I went straight to Bus Terminal in Pasay which houses the buses with route going to Baguio. I've been obsessed with travelling in a bus while putting headset on, enjoying the music and the sights. It gives me an inspiring energy and triggers me to explore and dream more. The time travel from Pasay to Baguio is around 8 hours, so-----------

JUST PLAIN TEXT (PRODUCT OF A CRAMMING MIND) This is really "I don't Know" type of reflection......HAHAHAHA "It was 15 years ago when I noticed and discovered my potential in leadership the moment I received my first ever award entitled “Best and Great Leader”. I have no idea why I received that award, and later years and until this day, I have able to define myself better and understand my being and personality, indeed, I rediscovered day by day, that I have this innate gift of leading people. In the field I am currently positioned, education, challenges are always giving me the opportunity to learn, discover, apply and reflect on the different ideas and issues concerning different processes in the context of the field I chose. Even in the classroom setting, being an adviser, it takes a good wisdom in leadership to lead the pack to greater heights, and I should say, experiences are really the best teacher in acquiring th is   wisdom . However, I c
